Get a personalized training plan to meet your goals and take your training to the next level.

This does NOT include any online coaching services or email support, so this is best suited for more experienced runners looking to execute a plan for a goal race who feel they do not need any additional support beyond a customized plan. If you would like a more hands on approach, please see the premium training and online coaching options.

What you get:

  • Customized training plan based on athlete’s goals, fitness, and schedule

  • Plan includes detailed paces, efforts/intensity levels, duration and distances

  • Strength and cross-training suggestions and workouts as needed

  • Initial evaluation/fitness assessment

  • Workouts are prescribed on a monthly basis

$200 for an 8 week plan (2 months). If you would like additional weeks/months added to your plan, please contact me. Start date is dependent on athlete’s goals and after an initial evaluation/assessment.
