Go & Glow provides you with accessible and personalized coaching to meet your fitness goals.  Maybe you want to run faster or want a better race strategy.  Or, you're pregnant and looking to remain active throughout your pregnancy and beyond.  Perhaps you're newly postpartum and looking to get back into shape, but wondering how you can manage baby and fitness.  Go & Glow helps you perfect pace, strategy, and builds your strength and confidence.  Founded by Rachel Spurrier and based on Brooklyn, Go & Glow provides customized training plans and workouts, and in-person pacing and coaching.  So get active, and get glowing.

Rachel has a passion for being active.

 

Rachel is a RRCA Certified Running Coach, a Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and wellness enthusiast.  An eight-time marathoner, Rachel has also run over 22 half marathons and countless other races, consistently finishing in top 10% of her age group and gender.  10.5 months after becoming a mom, she ran a marathon in which she PR'd and also qualified for the Boston Marathon.  Rachel is also a New York Road Runner pacer for both full and half marathons, a former head coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Moms In Training program, and coach for JackRabbit Sports' training programs and other local running groups.  When she doesn't have her running shoes on, Rachel is an event producer, project manager, and writer.

  • Boston Marathon qualifier
  • Top 2-10% of age group + gender
  • Contributing writer for Women's Running Magazine, POPSUGAR Fitness, Naya Health, Red Tricycle
  • Bwom Ambassador (personalized pelvic floor app)
  • Project Manager & Event Producer: she runs things well with heels on
  • Mom of 2 boys under 3: she keeps it real
  • CPR, AED, & First Aid certified
