Event: SweatSesh with Chi Chi Life!

My friend Lauren, founder of Chi Chi Life and barre instructor extraordinaire, invited me to be a guest instructor for her monthly SweatSesh series.  Join me!  Here are the details:

Monday, May 16 with Rachel Spurrier {@rspurrier}: RRCA Certified Running Coach, six-time marathoner + a Boston-marathon qualifier. Rachel is also a New York Road Runner pacer, a coach with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and JackRabbit Sports as well as leads private training through her coaching business, Go & Glow. When she doesn't have her running shoes on, Rachel is an Event Producer and Project Manager.  

Rachel will guide you through a 30 minute run that combines fartleks, speed and strength building. Think: a combo of speed intervals, a couple hills and playful fun - really! All running levels welcome. After the run, I will lead you through a 30-minute BOOTY BLAST + STRETCH.

$20. Cash/Check/Venmo. There will be a bag watch during run. Please bring a mat, towel + water.
